What’s the difference between the Brand Strategy Kit and the Brand Strategy Framework?

One of the key differences between the Brand Strategy Framework and the Brand Strategy Kit is the Brand Strategy Workshop that is included in the Framework. The workshop gives dives deep into how to run a Brand Strategy Workshop remotely. The brand strategy process outlined in the Kit is adapted for teams that work offline.

The Kit doesn’t include a workshop but includes a workbook that outlines the suggested offline process. The Kit also includes the 200 style cards which are available in print only.

The Framework also includes one-year access to our PRO group which gives access to live Q&As.

Can the Brand Strategy Kit or the Brand Strategy Framework be white-labeled?

Unfortunately, our products cannot be white-labeled. We do offer a license that enables you to modify the Kit, but you are still required to credit the author.

What is the difference between Brand Cards and Brand Personality Cards?

The Brand Cards are a visual brainstorming tool available in print. They include:
– 200 Style cards
– 52 Brand Personality cards
– 20 Tone of Voice cards

The Brand Personality Cards is a digital collection of ideation cards, delivered in a PDF format. They don’t include the 200 Style Cards, but include:
– 12 Brand Archetype Cards
– 40 Brand Personality Cards
– 20 Tone of Voice Cards
– Access to a Brand Canvas (Digital)

Why would it be useful to take the Master Brand Strategist Certificate?

The certification gives you credibility which can help you attract bigger and more reputable clients. It also gives you the license to modify our frameworks to suit the needs of your team. You also become part of our international group of Brand Strategists whom we support through quarterly alumni check-in calls.

What are the biggest takeaways that people have taken away from the Master Brand Strategist Certification?

After taking the Master Brand Strategist Certification, designers become more strategic because they understand the bigger picture of what drives a brand forwards and generates ROI. This enables them to create more “on brand” proposals and/or work better with the in-house marketing teams in order to drive results for the brand. This, consequently, increases a creative’s/designer’s contribution and value to the brand which leads to more work or a promotion. So it’s a great way to gain skills and knowledge that would enable a creative or designer to grow his/her career.

When are the orders sent?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped. 

What are the estimated delivery times?

The products should reach you within 5-10 business days no matter where you are in the world. However, things happen and sometimes the shipments get stuck. If you don’t receive your order please email us at [email protected] and we’ll help you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status. It can take some time for tracking information to become available.

What to do if the package is missing or arrives damaged?

Things happen and occasionally packages take longer than expected to arrive or get lost along the way. If your package hasn’t arrived, please get in touch and we will look into it. 

Will I need to pay the import duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karalyte Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.

How to return my order?

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to find a solution.

We accept returns if the item is unused and comes back in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We do not accept returns of digital products.
