On Freedom

This post has an audio story too. Catch a breeze:

Today is Independence Day in Lithuania, my home country. I absolutely love celebrating Independence Day wherever I have lived, and this year, being in my homeland, that feeling of freedom is even stronger.

To me, freedom is a precious thing, not just externally, but internally as well. It’s about pursuing your dreams and doing things your own way, without succumbing to societal expectations or the pressures from family or where you were born.

Living life on my own terms and following my own path has been my lifelong endeavor. I’m grateful that at this stage of my life, it’s no longer a struggle but an adventure.

I wish the same for all of you, no matter where you are in the world. May freedom become a natural way of life, where you can do what you want, connect with the people you choose, and share your unique gifts with the world.

Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who embrace freedom responsibly because with freedom comes great responsibility. I hope you feel it deep within your being.

May you also find the right environment to bring your dreams to life. Cheers to freedom! Nurture and cherish it, for it is the most precious thing in life. Let’s never take it for granted. Happy Independence Day!
