All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Free WorldWide Shipping
We provide free worldwide shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Karalyte Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check your order’s status. It can take some time for tracking information to become available.

Missing or lost package
Things happen and occassionally packages get lost. If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping company we use, we’ll resend you a new one as soon as possible.
Refunds & Returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to find a solution.
We accept returns if the item is unused and comes back in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
