How it works
In-Person Team Building Game with a Facilitator 🤸
The center of gravity of the in-person Bloomerang game for team building is a master game board (the Spinboard) that brings everyone together around it. Before playing, we choose a goal and customize the game experience for your team accordingly. A potential goal could be to crystallize your brand’s mission, align everyone on the next milestone, get to know each other better, or reflect on the year together.
Throughout the game, we spin the board, answer questions from the cards, engage in various creative team-building activities, and collaboratively create a Brand Canvas, all while being guided by the facilitator toward the desired goal. This canvas consolidates all the ideas expressed during the game and provides an overview of what we aimed to achieve. At the end of the game, we review everything and reflect to further consolidate the ideas that emerged.

Virtual Team Building Game with a Facilitator 🧚♀️
The center of gravity of the virtual Bloomerang game is our online team-building game board, which brings everyone together in a virtual space. Before playing, we choose a goal and customize the game experience for your team accordingly. A potential goal could be to crystallize your brand’s mission, align everyone on the next milestone, get to know each other better, or reflect on the year together.
Throughout the game, we navigate the game board, engage in creative team-building activities, and the facilitator guides the game toward the desired goal. At the end of the game, we reflect to further consolidate the ideas that emerged.
